Out of curiosity, How does one identify a mentally retarded dog?

You can tell pretty quick once you've seen a few, there are some tests, or if they seem beyond scocialy inept, scocial withdrawl or simply being unscocialized is one thing, but not realizing when its peeing or hungry is a different story completley...

Yes, this is a fertile land, and we will thrive. We will rule over all this land, and we will call it..."This Land."

I think we should call it "your grave!"

Chocolate can cure cancer, but only if it mined from the the tumors of children living in Kenya.

Yeah... she thought it was a bone or something...she'd growl if you tried to stop her, poor thing.

No not yet but I think the twin littermates have, they like to run and are very active so they were adopted by a family with kids I think...

It is sad to see how the animals are suffering. My friend, Sherry adopted a Collie who is both deaf and blind and her name is Lilly. Wonderful dog and pretty smart.
I remember there is some things that can be wrapped around her paws so she wouldn't gnaw on them. Hope she finds a home!

Yes, but now Lilly died of an old age but in a very good home. :) She was actaully a favorite of mine out of the dogs lot.
For some reasons, I'm not really fond of Chinese Crested. 1 out of 3 of that type seem to aggressively bark at me for no reason. Other dogs, no problem.
